Is the product of an alliance with Telefonica Foundation which was consolidated in 2010. It is located in Oncohematology service to provide tutoring with a focus on Information Technology and Communication (ICT ) to children and adolescents who suffer from some form of cancer.

In 2014 , the Hall was chosen to run the pilot test Inclusive Education "Challenges for Giants , passing through the Knowledge " initiative of the Ministry of Education that allows the educational continuity of childhood cancer patients and chronic diseases.

It counts with the support of the Mayor of Pasto through the Municipal Secretary of Education, an agency that assigns teachers to develop school activities.

Teachers become accomplices of their students - patients and develop all kinds of ludical and recreational activities in the hands of an interdisciplinary team that supports events like birthday celebrations , greetings and other events worthy of commemoration.
